It takes a maximum of 72 hours to process returns and exchange requests. For the sake of your safety, Zoe does not allow return or exchange of beauty and care products even if they are in their original condition, except for products that arrive to you only damaged.
You can also return hardware products provided that they have not been used or opened and that they are in their original condition as received from Zoe. We adhere to the exchange and return policies according to the regulations of the Ministry of Commerce and guarantee your right to return and exchange in the event that you encounter a problem with the products you have purchased, you do not have to. We at Zoe will do our best to make the return or exchange process as simple and smooth as possible.
We have facilitated the return or exchange process for you through the following procedures:
First: the replacement
In order to ensure the satisfaction of our customers, we at Zoe store give you an easy replacement within 7 days from the date of receipt
The product will be replaced with another alternative product in the event of damage or error caused by manufacturing or a difference in the required size or model. Product must be unused and delivered in the same original condition that you received it with the box and all accessories included. In the event that we find the products not valid for refund, the replacement will be refused and the order will be returned to you, and the re-order fees will be deducted to the store and shipped back to you again with a value of 60 riyals
In order to ensure the satisfaction of our customers, we at Zoe store give you easy returns within 3 days from the date of receipt
The product will be returned in the event of damage or a manufacturing error without the customer paying any shipping costs, and the knitting store guarantees all shipping fees provided that you provide us with your order number and photocopy the note for return.
If the reason for the return is personal and not due to a manufacturing error, the customer will not be compensated for the re-order fees to the store, as the amount of 30 riyals will be deducted as the return shipping fee

In the event that we find the products to be invalid, the return will be refused and the order will be returned to you, and the re-order fee will be deducted to the store and re-shipment to you again in the amount of 60 riyals.
The amount will be refunded to your balance on the Zoe store or to your credit card if the order is paid by electronic payment in less than 30 days
